Young woman caught twice for breaking the law in Memmingen hotels

Over the weekend, police in Memmingen caught a 25-year-old woman twice for offering illegal services in local hotels.

The hotel staff called the police

The first time happened last week at a hotel on Maximilianstraße. When the police talked to her, she admitted that she had met with several men there. Since she only had a little bit of money with her, the city officials decided not to ask her to pay anything right then.

Then, on Sunday, the woman was found again in another hotel on Schweizerberg. Hotel staff had noticed that a lot of people were visiting her room, which seemed strange. They told the police, who came to check. The officers found that she was doing the same thing again.

Because she broke the law a second time, the woman had to pay a fine and was told to leave the hotel. She is not allowed to return and is now being investigated for breaking the law.

The police are still looking into the case and are working to make sure rules about this kind of activity are followed in the city.
