Man drugged wife for 10 years, enabling 83 men to rape her

A 71-year-old man, Dominique P., is accused of drugging his wife repeatedly over a ten-year period, allowing 83 men to rape her while she was unconscious. The crimes took place between 2011 and 2020 in the couple’s home in France.

He mixed sesatives into his wife’s dinner

Court records reveal that Dominique P. mixed sedatives into his wife’s dinner, causing her to fall into a deep sleep. He then invited men he met through a swinger forum to their home. He instructed these men to undress in the kitchen and warm their hands on the oven to avoid waking her. The men would then proceed to rape her in the couple’s bed.

Dominique P. filmed the rapes and kept detailed records on his computer. No money was involved, and he insisted that no condoms be used.

The police have identified 92 rapes involving 83 different men. Fifty-one of these men are currently facing charges; others could not be identified, even though Dominique P. kept meticulous records.

The men charged have denied knowing the victim was drugged, with some claiming they thought it was a consensual role-play where the woman pretended to be asleep.

The wife did not know she was being raped

The victim, Gisèle, now 72 years old, did not know she was being raped due to the strong sedatives, which caused her memory loss, fatigue, and blackouts. She consulted doctors, who could not find the cause of her symptoms. The truth came out in 2020 when police arrested Dominique P. for attempting to take inappropriate photos up women’s skirts in a shopping center. Further investigation led to the discovery of the videos and his detailed notes on the rapes.

The victim’s lawyer rejected requests from the defendants to hold the trial behind closed doors. The trial is expected to continue until December, with Dominique P. and the other defendants facing serious charges related to the repeated rapes.
